2027 OSSA Convention – Burns, Oregon
Hosted by Harney County Snowmobile Club

Join us in Burns for four days of snowmobiling, good food, fun events, films, awards, and catching up with friends from across Oregon.

Wednesday, January 27 – Meet & Greet / Early Registration

Casual meet & greet and early registration. No-host bar. Food available for individual purchase.

Thursday, January 28 – Taco Night & Snowmobile Films

Taco Night, snowmobile films, registration, and bar available.
Dinner + one beer, wine, or soft drink: $20 per person

Friday, January 29 – Groomers’ Pizza Night

Free pizza dinner sponsored by our groomer manufacturers. Mobile no-host bar available.

Saturday, January 30 – Banquet & Awards

Buffet dinner catered by Juniper Cookhouse, awards presentation, and mobile no-host bar.
Menu includes tri-tip, chicken, green salad, dinner rolls, cheesy potatoes, baked beans, and dessert.
Banquet dinner ticket: $45 per person.

2027 Convention Merchandise
Official convention merchandise is available to pre-order during registration, including short sleeve T-shirts, long sleeve T-shirts, hooded sweatshirts, 1/4 zip sweatshirts, and Richardson 112 Trucker Hats. Youth sizes are also available for T-shirts and sweatshirts. Adult apparel is available in sizes Small through 4XL. Merchandise will be available for pickup at the convention.

Meal Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations received by January 15, 2027 are eligible for a refund. After January 15, refunds may not be available due to final catering guarantees and event commitments.

Merchandise Order & Refund Policy
Convention merchandise must be ordered by January 1, 2027. Merchandise orders cannot be guaranteed after this date.

Merchandise is non-refundable after January 1, 2027, once the order has been submitted to the vendor. Please review merchandise selections and sizes carefully before submitting your registration.

If you need to make changes before the applicable deadline, please contact OSSA as soon as possible.
